Plaza at the Speedway is a new shopping plaza being built on the north side of Parallel Parkway, across the street from The Legends at Village West, in western Kansas City, Kansas. When finished, the Plaza at the Speedway development will offer a range of retail and dining options designed to meet the everyday needs of the local community. Retailers and restaurants will be added to this page as establishments open.
